What is covered, what is not, and how to get help fast.
The 6 month warranty
Every machine we supply carries a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. That covers faults in the motor, gearbox, electricals and build quality that show up under normal, rated use. If a covered fault appears, we repair it, supply the replacement part, or guide your local technician through the fix, whichever gets your machine running soonest.
What is not covered
- Wear parts: blades, cutting dies, belts, bushes and similar consumables
- Damage from overloading beyond the machine's rated capacity
- Wrong power supply (for example running a three phase machine on unstable single phase converters)
- Unauthorised opening or repair of the motor or gearbox
- Transit damage after the machine has been delivered and accepted
After-sales support, during and after warranty
Support does not end when the warranty does. Our Bengaluru team answers on phone and WhatsApp for installation guidance, operating questions, servicing help and spares for the life of the machine. We hold genuine spare parts stock in Bengaluru and dispatch across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Goa.

What warranty do HMS machines carry?
Machines supplied by Hutaib Machinery and Spares carry a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects, covering faults in the motor, gearbox and build that appear under normal use. Individual product pages state any model-specific terms.
What does the warranty not cover?
Normal wear parts (blades, belts, bushes), damage from misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, incorrect power supply, unauthorised repairs and transport damage after delivery are not covered. Consumables are excluded.

Are spare parts available after the warranty ends?
Yes. We stock genuine spares in Bengaluru for the machines we sell and dispatch them across South India. Spares availability is one of the main reasons contractors buy from a dealer rather than an unsupported import.
